Consulting is:

– a method that provides expert’s advice on a subject.

A consultant is an expert or an experienced professional in a specific field who has a wide knowledge of the subject matter.

Coaching is:

(1) a partnership between the coach and the coachee,

(2) a positively focused way to explore options and opportunities, and

(3) a process to create solutions resulting in sustained change.

Inter-Cultural Consulting & Coaching

When you live in a foreign country you experience that your expectations concerning behaviours, beliefs, traditions and language are not always met.

We all experience diversity based on our own assumptions, beliefs, traditions – our very own cultural backpack.

In my Inter-Cultural Consultations I help you build bridges between the unfamiliar and the familiar, so that you and your family can fully embrace your life abroad!

(TING in Chinese means “to listen”)

In my Inter-Cultural Consultations and Coaching sessions I focus on Communication. We all have preferred communication styles and they all have strengths and weaknesses. Being aware of our own communication style and of the one of our interlocutor is the first step towards greater understanding.
