Let's meet on Monday!

No matter at which stage of your international life you are, we all need to assess our personal and professional situation from time to time. If we don't, we risk to wake up one day and feel like "this is not the life we wanted", that the role we're playing doesn't really fit (anymore).

Checking if everyone is still on the same page, agrees on the decisions, see if he or she needs more attention or a change is very important for a healthy life.

During my FREE Monday sessions you can find out what you need right now, what is good for you right now. You can start by taking the International Life Assessment on the right                →

During the Monday sessions (10:00-11:00 CET) you can discuss your situation, find some hints and ideas on how to adjust, change it (if you want), or simply just talk. Do you want to find out how to feel better, more fulfilled, more appreciated?  Maybe you want to go (back) to work, but don't know how to juggle it all?  What would you like to do differently if...? Do you sometimes think "if I would live in (fill in the blank) all would be easier..."?   I have been there, done that... thought that. And it took me several years to find out what I wanted and could do and I don't want you to waste any time thinking, wondering, trying to find out what you can do to feel more fulfilled and happy. I will help you find out what you can do with the tools and skills you have already NOW, to work towards one – or two, or three... – goals that you like and that you need to be YOU!

Don't hesitate and meet me online (for free)

every Monday between 10:00 CET – 11:00 CET

You may wonder...:

How does it work?

Previous to our meeting I will contact you to find out what your answers to the International Life Assessment are and during the meeting we will discuss the steps you can take from there, I will also make sure that all will be clear and set concerning the technical part of the meeting.

... and then?

I will give you support for up to a month after the meeting.

Then it is up to you to decide whether to meet again, work on your plan together, or if you prefer doing it all by yourself.

Why is it for free?

It is for free because I want to support you!

Everyone should be able to access this kind of help. If something is for free it doesn't mean that it's worthless. Sometimes it's even more meaningful than a very expensive offer...

And if  want more help?

If after a month you decide that you would like to have more help and support from me, I'm here.

We can discuss your options.

What are possible options?

Possible options are my International Life coaching program or Change Management Program for the Accompanying Partner

of 6 sessions (340€) or a longer support to be agreed on, which consists in weekly or biweekly person tailored sessions with me, weekly 20 mins email support.

Why should I choose you (Ute) to help me with this?

Maybe because you know me already and know that I only offer professional help.

I have lived abroad my whole life and my children grow up the same way. My family lives far away and friends are not always available. I have re-invented myself several times – having a PhD is no warrant for a seamless career and easy professional path when leading an international life! – and I helped hundreds of internationals find their new purpose abroad, start afresh, embrace a gap-stage in their professional life, lead a fulfilled and happy life abroad.

All I want for you is to make your life – at whatever stage! –  meaningful for you, to embrace the moments and feel fulfilled!

You are way too important to lead a life "in between" and to wait for the right moment, because the right moment is... now!
