Resilience Workshops by Ute



Do you sometimes wonder why some people seem to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever, and despite failure they find a way to rise from the ashes, whilst others seem to be drained by the same experience?

This has to do with resilience, which is "the power or ability to return to the original form, position, etc., after being bent, compressed, or stretched".

Being resilient is something we all benefit from.

Factors that make some of us resilient are a positive attitude, optimism, the ability to regulate emotions and the ability to see failure as a chance for growth.

Even after a misfortune, resilient people are blessed with such an outlook that they are able to change course and soldier on.


I offer two separate workshops on Resilience.

This workshop gives you a great introduction and overview of the topic and can be used as introduction to my Resilience Training Program – more details will be published in June 2017.
